Did you not check your video before uploading? most of the layout window was not visible, and the cursor was moving far away from the options you were clicking.

This is a map file that is dependent on the process technology that you are using. Some technologies do not need this, but you will need to consult your official CAD support to determine this. This example is specific to the TSMC 65nm flow.
