Help! We made a website, and purchased the domain thru Canva. But now I have no idea how to create an email address using that new domain. I've googled and googled with no help.

hello! If I am the admin for our Canva Team, how do I allow my members to utilize this feature? Specifically if they are trying to publish using their own domain. They keep hitting the error saying only Admins can access it, but I can't find how to "approve" it? Thank you!

Hi there and thanks for watching! If you have made a website in Canva and have it live on a domain (either your own or purchased from Canva), then that is the platform for the website. It can't be transferred or connected to Wordpress. If you have a Wordpresss website and want to link/redirect to a Canva website, you can certainly do that. But I'm not sure that's your intent. How are you trying to "connect" it? What is your goal? DigiTeam.
