Great information! You gave some very specific action items . . . I love that. I started using ChatGPT a few weeks ago, but minimally . . . . mostly for boosting my property descriptions. Recently I also used it to clean up a "delicate" email that I needed to send to a client. I wrote and email, then put it into ChatGPT to make it better. Love the thought of using it for robust (and SEO/Keyword optimized) KZbin descriptions. Thanks much!

Hey! I prefer ChatGPT myself - but the main difference between Jasper AI and ChatGPT is that Jasper AI is specifically designed for marketing content, while ChatGPT is more of a general AI tool that can be used for a range of tasks including marketing (plus, it's free!)

This video is so interesting and informative! I do have a question though...what are the chances that if you place the criteria for an article with CHAT GPT could it be copying one from the internet or writing one for you that it wrote for another realtor?

Glad you liked it! ChatGPT does not work that way. Though we hear of plagiarism concerns, ChatGPT is pulling from the entirety of the internet (from before 2021 at this time) and it generates text in a natural way - meaning, it's not pulling an entire article and pasting it for you. Rather, it's grabbing a word here, a word there, and creating a sentence on its own. It provides unique responses every time - even if you ask it the same questions!
