After watching one of you fabulous videos about ChatGPT, I overheard one of our agents saying he was having difficulty writing his listing description, and I volunteered to help write it, because I felt so empowered after watching your video. He like the results I gave him, I gave him a few different descriptions as I followed your lead and changed the tone, style, etc. for the listing. This agent has asked me again to help with a new listing, and I liked the listing prompt from ChatGPT that you started this video with, I have all of the data for the house, and need to put it into a compelling and descriptive story. So glad you like the content! The main difference is that the paid version gives you access to GPT-4, the most recent version of the model. Currently, free users don't have access to that. You also get customer support with the paid version.

Can you add in your input "please be mindful of fair Housing?" or some such?

For Fair Housing - you need to make sure you are reading everything ChatGPT creates and double check it doesn't include language that violates fair housing with bias language to any race, class etc.
