Probably a bit late but you don't see cheats for games that have a high version number ... e.g. you have version 1.1.0 and the highest cheats is for 1.0.9.

The same thing happened to me you have to make sure you've downloaded the latest update of atmosphere which is 16.0.3 1.5.4. I was still on 16.0.3 1.5.3 and the Edizon overlay wouldn't pop up when I pressed the buttons. Hope this helps!

My overlay also does not pop up either, but if you hit the home button, go to media files that should take you to the homebrew menu. Go to breeze, (you can star it so it shows first in the list). Click the R button. If Breeze is updated, then you should have TOTK cheats. Toggle them all on, then hit the Home button again to go back to your game with cheats active. Hope this helps.

How do you disable cheats so they dont auto start when you launch the game because it can cause it to crash in certain areas

It's a bit messy. But you can go inside sdcard:\atmosphere\config\system_settings.ini and change "; dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x1" to "dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x0". Notice that the ";" is gone, and that "u8!0x1" is now "u8!0x0". You may need to reboot the switch, if it doesnt look like it working.

You are most likely on a newer verison of the game that the cheats don't work for it anymore. Either remove the game and install ver 1.00 or update to the latest verison and wait for cheats update. Don't sit in the middle. Like totk latest is 1.2.0, you don't want to be on 1.1.2.
