The "delivery controller" is the same thing as the "cloud connector" on premise or is it the local citrix delivery controller for Workspace (XenApp/XenDesktop) ?

Thanks for the video. Very helpful but got a question. After installing a cloud connector and try to collect from outside via Citrix workspace I keep getting "You don't have available apps" and "You don't have available desktops". Check back later, or contact your administrator for access. What am I missing. Everything works locally. It doesn't look like my firewall is blocking anything. Should I be looking for something on Citrix workspace or cloud gateway settings?

Hi A. Barrow, I created this video, you can run health checks from the resource locations in the Citrix Cloud portal. There you can see if the cloud connector is working as it supposed to. Also some times things can take some time in Citrix Cloud I noticed. Further more you could always submit a ticket to suport from the cloud portal.

@@workspaceguru8586 After installing cloud connectors it turned out I needed to reboot not only the cloud connector servers but also the VDA servers where local application were installed. Thanks again for this video. It helped me a lot.
