Your editor has had an audio delay for a couple months now. If you click on the play button while editing to see the preview of the video, the editor will lag a little, which causes the audio to be delayed by a second in preview mode.

This isn't a feature that KineMaster currently supports, but it is possible to achieve. Create a new project, add the media that you want to apply your effects to (if necessary, you may want to change the background to transparent). Save that project as a video, then import it into your main project.

You can download it from Apple's App Store or Google Play and install it on your smartphone or tablet. It works great on Samsung DeX, too. KineMaster is not available for PCs. There is no version of KineMaster for Windows or Linux. If you try running KineMaster under emulation on your PC, it will run poorly and the KineMaster tech support team will not be able to help you when you encounter problems.
