can I hide the default copilot agent? In your case, it is the global HR. I just want to avoid users seeing that other than the customized agents created for their folders.

Hi, As far as I know there is no such feature at the moment. The only option is implementing a custom solution which is able to hide the default agent.

Hello Giuliano, my compliments for video. I need a tips from you to use copilot. I have realized a SHP site with a documents collection with files and many columns of metadata. The user must catalogate all files one by one choosing the right metadata from a list of values. Do you think that is it possible to create an agent that read the collection and aunderstanding the content of every single documents and then fill the items of the column with the right values, exactly the human user need to do? Thanks for your help.

Hi Antimo, Thanks 😉. I do not think that delegating all activities to the Copilot agent will give you a reliable solution. I mean you can try but maybe, extending your Copilot agent by calling your Power Automate flow which would do the compilation work for you, I think it's more reliable. Your agent can extract the relevant info from the doc and then call your Power Automate flow which fill the columns values in the list.

Hi, It should be general available now, this is the Microsoft statement "General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out late-November 2024 and expect to complete by early January 2025"

Hi, In the Form settings you can specify that only people in your org can respond and then you can even set that only one response is accepted.

Thanks for your response. To clarify, I'm looking for a solution within an organizational setting. We have a user submitting multiple responses through a single form site. Although they may inadvertently capture the same information multiple times, they might accidentally re-enter identical information when submitting another response. How can we prevent these duplicate submissions in Microsoft Forms? It might show an error message to say for example email already captured.. Thanks again. I appreciate your feedback.

@@jaquepelser3368 In Microsoft Forms open the Form that you want to configure and click on "Settings" in the right panel select "Only people of XXX can respond" and then "One response per person".

Hi, Microsoft is still rolling out this feature. You need to have a Copilot license.
