NO. All songs have to be under 'fair use'. I have a video explaining fair use. Example: What if someone creates a tune of 15 seconds and what if everyone is using it? If it impacts him monetarily, he can claim the money or give a strike..!

99% no one earns from such songs. Unless KZbin algorithm doesn't recognize or some unique scenarios. Credits doesn't make a bit of a diff for companies as claims is given by KZbin algorithm not person.

If the music is created by another individual/company, it belongs to them. wether you sing with or without karaoke its their music. So, you will very likely get a copyright claim but you will very likely not get a copyright strike if you use a famous song.
