I had a somewhat similar game on ToS in a Ranked Match. Day 1, when no one claimed Jailor or TP/LO, I claimed Jailor - a fancy cell was immediately provided to me. I told them I'm Vet who wanted to get TP/LO on me but I wasn't planning to alert for obvious reasons. The Jailor says I can keep claiming Jailor for now to get roles, and they'd list me as TK in their will. The next day, the Doctor whispered, "Care to explain yourself?" and our collaboration began. After I hard-pushed a mafia member, the Jailor whispered to me, and the three of us shared info the whole match. Up until Jailor died, everyone thought I was an aggressive Jailor who wanted people dead yesterday. The game came down to 2 mafia, 3 towns (Doc, RT, and myself), and we hung one of the mafia. I whispered to the Doctor to self-heal while I was alerted, but they informed me they had the night Jailor died. Day came around, and I immediately said that Town just needed to hang one of them as I had 3 Alerts left due to the Doctor continually healing me. Both claim Medium, and neither provided Dead Chat. The real Medium got defensive and asked why I was to be believed instead of either of them since I had lied about being Jailor and there had been no Vet kills. I pointed to the role list and stated that there were no dead TK roles, and there was only one RT slot left, so I was confirmed TK. I added that the Jailor had my N1 claim as TK and had let me live despite my fake claim. The real Medium insisted I must be the last mafia. I get put on the stand. I reiterated that I had hard-pushed two mafia members and had no counterclaim. Furthermore, I added that I had no logical reason to kill the Doctor last night as they had hard-defended me the whole game and risked the current situation by doing so. I was guiltied. Before my role was revealed, the Medium told me not to lie if I was truly Vet as it just made me look suspicious... As expected, Dead Chat was a wild mess. Jailor was cursing out the real Medium alongside the Doctor, and the Medium's defense was, "How was I supposed to know they were Veteran? They lied about being Jailor!" Even the dead Mafia were confused as to how the Medium was in our ELO and explained that even without Vet kills, I had hung two of them and two dead townies confirmed my claim. Medium began to berate me that townies shouldn't ever lie, so they were happy they hung me as I was "throwing" by fake claiming. Also, they said I was stupid for my suggestion to hang one of them randomly as I could have made the town lose... in a 2v1 when I'm a Vet with 3 Alerts. To say I was pissed was an understatement. Imagine saving all your Alerts the whole game, being confirmed Vet by both the role list and two different wills, and still getting hung over the person who can't fit because someone can't think critically.

the pain of coroner is its so bad of a role, yet so painful for the coven to be up against, that they will just gun for coroners as soon as they learn one exists, so you cant do the 'TI always post will' strat because its just as strong as an Investigator in the end game (sorta like investigator) except Coroners wont be protected unlike Invests, so... yeah you just can't do that
