One more thing since the golden knight came, the dash makes target reset. Even now bandit resets target. i.e. If tower is targetting bandit, and behind that there's Pekka, after dash, tower will target Pekka. So 1hp dash can be lethal now. Same for golden knight. I don't know if its bug or intentional.

At 1:12 I think he only dashed on one guard because his dash ended before the other guards landed on the ground like how a log can take out only some of the goblins in a goblin gang. Not saying that the analysis of the 180 degree view was wrong but this is another mechanic of his dash I think.

The Knight does see 360 degrees. When you place guards, they spawn in one by one very fast so the Knight only attacks one guard because that's the only thing he sees.

You can use him to tank for stuff and then activate his ability when his health is low. The tower retargets when he dashes, so he won't die.
