Hello, I Have just purchased a CT9000. When I try to use the WiFi mode and connect it to my Samsung Note 8 Phone, I put in the WiFi Password and the Camera says "WiFi Connection Ready", but on my phone it says "Internet Not Available". When I go to the iSmart App, it can't find the CT9000 and says "WiFi not available". Can you help?

I just bought this model from Amazon, unable to connect to WiFi, weak signal which equated to no connection to the app also the battery cover is very hard to open. Image quality is pretty rubbish too for a 4K camera, absolutely cack!

Does it actually shoot in 4K? I just got the camera and highest resolution available appears to be 1080 @ 30fps. Is the camera I have received defective or is that actually the highest resolution it can shoot? Thanks!
