Use this daily and as needed for GERD, I make a roll on of peppermint and digize in 10 ml bottle and easy to use. If I eat something that is irritating I take ONE drop orally and quickly calms my GERD down.

Okay, I eat a plant based diet, and every plant based cardiologist says not to ingest any kind of oil. How can this be good for you?

They say this because most oils are not pure most are cut with synthetics. So ingesting them would be a huge mistake.
