I LOVE peppermint. As a 4th grade teacher, we would give the kids a peppermint candy before their big tests....now we have something better for them then a piece of candy!

I use a few drops with honey. A teaspoon of it helps with sore throat or laryngitis or dry cough. I add it to shampoo n conditioner. Eucalyptus u can use the same ways. Also a drop on your mask helps u breathe better, so does Eucalyptus
