Is it possible to use Document AI to not only extract the text of a document, but also the text's font attributes? E.g., italic, bold, underlined, etc.?

It depends on which type of processor you're using. You can check out the Document AI Pricing Guide for the exact values. The Google Cloud Pricing Calculator also just added support for Document AI.

Someone should (I won't) think of a way to make the AI automatically name files with human friendly names. If even just based on a thumbnail. Well this idea came from sorting video files with those randomly generated random number/letters. (Or at least seemingly random to human eyes, regardless still not "human friendly")

It is a powerful tool but becomes not useful when we realise it has a max 15 page limitation...lol
