The sheet u pull out protects the transfer paper from touch damage and the sheet below allows comfort to trace stencil

It's better to use a ballpoint pen, all it does is pick up that ink on that blue paper, if you use a pencil it might not be as smooth

Now I see. But I'm still kinda confused 🤔 . Each paper should have some instructions. Even if the starting tattoo has instructions engraved on it. "Apply Image Here" is what my tattoo would could should say. Not caring if someone has a problem with it. 😂 😂
