How does the LiDAR technology compensate for changing reference points? When creating the map a large portion might be based on a growing hedge. This hedge will grow in volumen during the season and likely be cut back at some point. How will this affect the robot if the entire hedge is suddenly "moved" 20 cm back as it has been cut ?

Can the A1 mow areas that are not connected, i.e. the charging station is in a completely separate part of the garden behind the house and the other part to be mowed is in front of the house and not connected? Does the complete garden need to be supplied with wifi?

Hello, thank you for your interest and inquiry. You can create work zones for isolated areas with Roboticmower A1. When A1 is mowing the lawn, WiFi is not required. WiFi is only necessary when you want to control it remotely or check its working status using your phone.

Not sure the question was answered, it's clear that you can create paths between areas for the mower to travel, but if there is no clear path for the mower to go and you would need to lift the mower and place it an a second zone, is that possible?

The mower works very well, but: 1. How to divide a uniform area into several zones? 2. What's the point of a 3D view if you can't draw zones there? 3. Why zones connect automatically even if I want them to be separate? 4. I can correct excluded areas in the editor by drawing a circle or rectangle shape, and I can mark the mowing zone map only by driving, often in a zigzag pattern. Why?

Yeah the mower works well. I’ve asked questions 1 and 3 myself. Dreametech sent me a screenshot of the page showing “map editing”. They stopped there and ignored the fact that the software doesn’t have an option to split a zone. I asked them why does it auto merge two separate zones. “We already told you how to edit the map” or some such nonsense. I noticed the video warned us at 8:10 that overlapping zones will be automatically merged. I bought a Ecovacs vacuum and it allows me to divide rooms into different zones without gaps. Dreametech, you lost that sale because of this map nonsense

There is no explanation as to why I need an account or what information you are collecting with this account. Dang there's a lot to go through to use this mower. Great price. I would like one easy to use. There is so much here to learn in order to use it that it makes me feel like I'm making a friend. I don't want a relationship with my mower. I simply want it to do a job. You've made my push electric look great.

You conveniently omitted how you’re supposed to place power 30 cm above the grass. With what? It’s seemingly screwed to the side of the house in this video. I’ve watched 5 different reviewers of your mower and none of them seem to find it necessary or they omitted that step from their videos for time. I find it odd that you thought it was important to include in your set up video but not one reviewer I’ve seen has.

You don't seem to know the robotic mower market. Other quality mowers cost more than this even before you add 4G module and RTK GPS module (some models include all but can have higher total price). To me it looks competitively priced.
