Don’t purchase anything from them ! Scammers ! I had an issue with every model I tried ! They wanted me to change my review on Amazon. Offered me rhe h14 pro upgrade from the 13 pro free of charge for the upgrade( still kept my 600 for the piece of crap h13 pro. I tell them after the reviews I don’t want the 14 pro I want a refund ! They now have the h13 pro back in their possession and will NOT refund nor send a replacement ! Amazon is opening a case against them as well as synchrony bank ! I have all the emails where they asked me to change the reviews from 2 star to 5 , and not tell the public they were upgrading me to the newer model with no additional fee ! Scammers machines foam out the side , they will blame it on the user until you fire back ! Luckily for me, I kept every email. I took a video of how I sent the machine back, packed exactly how it was sent to me literally because we took a video of opening it and then we just backtracked of how it was opened. We did every step backwards. Every sleeve was placed back on it. The only thing the machine sucks and it was blowing foam bubbles everywhere just as in other reviews, they are 100% scammers every day I call they say the higher-ups are dealing with it we will get back to you in 24 hours. Nobody gets back to you. Amazon said they were never supposed to reach out to me directly how they got my email was because the other models that I’ve tried and I’ve had issues with. I’ve reached out through support through my Private email like a dip shit. According to Amazon, they were not supposed to reach out to the buyer at all and then not supposed to ask you to change reviews stay away from Dreame or Dreame tech same co !

For multi floor, it is ridiculous to bring the whole charging set to the next floor!!!! It is heavy. Should be only the robot vacuum.
