Unfortunately I don't conduct classes for personal reasons. What you should do is to start speaking in small sentences with ordinary and simple words. You will gain confidence after some time. In the meanwhile try to listen to a lot of English and also read a lot - English news paper. small books etc. You can also download apps for English conversation and practice. It takes time. But you will improve definitely.

When I was 19 to 25 I read a lot of fictions; like, James Hardly Chase (a lot of them), Perry Mason series. "Irwin Wallace" "Arther Hailey"books etc. Now these authors are outdated. You can read "Harry Porter" books. Books by Dan Brown like "Angels and Demons" " Da vinci Code" . If these are too heavy for you, you can read comic books; New papers; Magazines or short stories.
