Hello all, is there a way to add notes to each reference in Endnote? I like to keep brief notes on each paper detailing the main findings and how it relates to my writing, it would be great if I could then search within these notes or at least see the notes when I click on each reference. Is this possible in endnote? Or is it possible within any other reference software?

As soon as I add a reference, my endnote X7 adds a copy of all references in the bibliography section every time. For example, if I initially added 15 references, then on adding 16th reference, all previous 15 are copied and pasted in bibliography. What is the solution to this problem?
