Good info overall but I'd really like to know what income from her job she's on. This determines borrowing capacity at the outset and those of us on very medium range incomes are finding it difficult to even get a small extension on a line of credit in the current environment. I think knowing Sharon's income level is a critical element to her story. But thanks anyway.

this was 1 year ago. she believed at the time , the best time to buy was NOW. fast forward 12 months. prices went down a lot.. and further went down. and it looks like its still going down... so... was it the right time to buy? or is it now?
