I mean you don't connect the GPS directly, right? Do you remove the micro SD card from the GPS and connect it to the computer through a card reader? Or do you do it another way... I have this device but when I call on the sim number it gives error tone and cut off the phone also if I send 000 to the sim number it does not send back any sms even it has balance

Hi， Rui! Try to remove the SIM card from the locator. then put it back to the locator few munites later. Then using the new master phone to send messages to connect with it like the video shows

@@improject007 Yes, you need a sim card with service (at least one with sms plafond). A 4g should work since its retrocompatible with 2g and 3g.

Very upset and angry with this device. I thought at first it would be an easy job ut little did I know how much time and effort I would put into it and no results.... I keep receiving texts (that means my phone is paired with it) but all in Chinese. They don't take me anywhere.... not even to Google maps). Waste of time. I'm about to return it to Amazon.
