How To use Gold Embossing Paste with Gold Leaf on Stencils for card making

Very Nice! With every layer I thought, oh his is pretty... Already with the golden paste I loved it! In steat of that paletknife in the beginning, a tip is to use a plastic card, (by example an old credit card). You can spread the paste so much easier because the distance with your hand is shorter. It's very pretty. But I dont see the difference between the gold paste and the gold leaf? Could you use clear/white paste and then make it gold with the building flakes? Thank you!

Hi I have been buying so many golds to try.Deciding which one I want to use on my canvas. What really get me here is if it's gold Metallic embossing paste why do you have to use gold leaf over it I would think the embossing metallic by dreamweaver should give you that look. Well when I received the gold paste today it looks more like dark gold with a bit of mauve in it so disappointed I got bobunny gold glimmer spray and that looks like the color of the gold leaf pen you are using, I have that also.Sorry dreamweaver but if you want a dark gold it's for you but if you want a gold leaf try other products.....

Hi! I think this is a beautiful technique and TYFS! I have a question about your embossing or glue pad. My pad is so sticky and if I were to pounce anything on it I'd never get the coverage like you. So, do you have any idea of how to fix it? I've rarely used it and the lid has always been kept on. Thanks for your help!! :-)
