Unless you have a backup of your old phone that you can restore to your new phone, unfortunately I don’t think you can recover your codes.

This doesn't work. I logged out of fb and now can't login and therefore I can't seem to use any authenticator because I can't access my fb to setup 2fa. It tells me it sent a code to my phone and to check my fb acct notifications...I can't do that of I can't freaking access my fb.

with your other apps ? go to the settings of each apps and select 2FA option, If your apps have this option, the app itself will guide you through the setup process.

soo...if your trying to recover your hacked acc like fb there's no way you can use it even if you already changed the pass to that account.. you'll stock in authentication screen if you don't have access it before???

Unfortunately, if you’ve lost access to your original Google Authenticator app, I’m not sure you can recover your codes. I could be wrong about that but, for me, this is a massive flaw in Google’s app.
