How to Use Holographic Heat Transfer Vinyl

99% of the vinyl I use on my channel is Specialty Materials Brands I have tried many kinds over the years, and they are my absolute favorite. The quality is top-notch, I have a video where I wash a shirt 50 times, and the vinyl still looks brand new. • Thermoflex vs. Siser: ... Hello Betsy, Thanks for the video. I would love to have your opinion : I was wondering if I could use this holographic transfer vinyl to create background on button badge. (Without the heat process) I suppose this type of vinyl is more softer to install on round surface with light round borders (concave) than holographic vinyl like stickers ?? I would put the vinyl on the base of my badge than add the Mylar thin cover to protect and press and tadaaaa. Well tadaaa is in my dreams ahahaha I never had normal (non heat iron thing) vinyl in my hands but when I watch videos it looks more thick and less soft than « heat » one 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 Thanks SOOOOoOoooOo much in advance for your precious help ❤ Smooches from Belgium

This vinyl is beautiful. I lve it. I am confused though. I thought at the beginning of the video you said this was a cold peel vinyl but in the video it looked like you did a hot peel. Does it make a difference which one you do?

It’s cold peel . The temperature is only 300 so it’s not so bad to cool.

How do u mirror this vinyl? I used to to put on the inside glass of a shadow box and the back of the opal vinyl is what shows which is white:(.. where did u go wrong

I have a question I used a holographic sparkle iron on type but some parts were not sticking to the shirt completely, I had pre washed the shirt and make sure they was no lint on it as well but with me reheating it, it still wouldn’t stick. Can you give me some tips, thank you

did you use fabric softner? Also you should really never was before putting on vinyl. there isnt a need
