tech care sir, thank you for your reply. I have ifb 30frc2. Are you telling me that if I want to cook plain rice (cook menu 24) I have to measure the rice and put it in the oven. Ok. Then how to choose cook menu 24. Only after choosing the weight it directly starts to cook. There is no option to choose menu24. (24 is just an example) like wise I can't select precook menu 1 to 101.

It's overheated. Wen It continuously run,then it overheated. It can run dis continuously max 95 mins. In dis microwave hv a sensor. When it overheated, automatically it will off.
