Pretty much every Social Media site has some form of "Like-Button". Here on KZbin for example, it´s the thumps up. It´s pretty much always a thumps up, a heart or in rare cases a plus- sign.

What's the difference between a reel, a story & a post though? Too many options on Instagram, its confusing for older people.

A reel is a short video (max 90 seconds I think), a story is an uploaded video or picture that is only available temporarily (they last 24 hours), and a post is usually just a picture or series of pictures. Reels and posts will appear on your profile permanently unless you decide to delete them.

Whatever you do don’t respond really quickly when somebody responds to your comment. I just did that and now I can’t comment for seven days because Instagram thinks my comment was an automated spam. Instagram needs to fix this shit.

you had a lot of info but it was so fast....what I wanted to know about the privacy level and personal messages for this app. Messing around with it like you implied is terrifying since one is a beginner it's obvious that you don't know how it works for where it's going. It would be good if you could set up a video for those who do not know the computer OR for people like your great grandmother.

So when you tap on the video screen while the video is playing you should see a gear (settings) icon pop up in the top right corner, click on that and then there will be a list of options. Click on playback speed and select anything lower than 1x speed and it will slow the video down
