You need to have a story to highlight. Then once you make a story you can create the highlight.

The countdown feature is very useful and engaging. IG stories and live videos are so important, too. To sell products online I regularly go live on IG and FB. For example, to have a high-quality live video I go live from my desktop using YellowDuck .tv that allows me to go live on IG from my PC or Mac.

@@SocialMediaExaminer Yes, I have reported the issue to both FB and Instagram after many attempts at workarounds including loading the apps onto a phone that had never had them before, signing in as the business on both, and attempting to link the accounts. Of course, I never get a response on these. Definitely frustrating. I am not sure I have used the business help link, though, and will definitely try reporting the issue on using that link.
