The prelaunch phase is probably the most important step and the after launch phase is a bit underestimated. You really need to put up effort into warming up the audience. Btw, love doing lives when announcing the launch too! Great breakdown of the process. 🙂

I don't know what to say about what problem I am solving for my customers. How do I create excitement around it? Hi Maria, I hear you...it is really not easy to do as it was said. I have the same problem...from watching those videos I know what I am supposed to do, but don't know how to do that...for instants - make that hype around the new product, or create curiosity or...I know what are the steps, but how to do them well is a problem for me...But maybe finding someone to do that for us...platforms for freelancers are good one :)...
