Hi Sam! I have an enquire..When i link from a high authority page to pass strength to some relevant,newer and less authoritative pages, should i 1) add a link from the high authority page to the less authoritative pages 2)then add reciprocal links between these less authoritative pages and 3) after link back again from each one to the high authority page?

It's hard to say without looking at the actual pages, but the basic idea of internal links is adding a highly relevant links to pages, no matter if they're reciprocal or not. -Helen

@@AhrefsCom Thanks. Think about the little guy who is just using DEFAULT and free blog themes. I need a straight answer not a link to the ideal structure (which is not realistic in my case). Let me reformulate my question: if you look at the standard (99%) structure of small blogs (built by little guys on free themes -beginners), there is a huge amount of redundancy. For instance there is a tremendous amount of redundancy between categories, date groups, keywords, tags, etc. Google is trying to index those pages but of course there are too many to index. Is that a problem??? Would it be better to just have categories/sub-categories and no tags/tagcloud, no searchable dates, no keywords, etc? Is the internal search box useful, or it just throws a money wrench in the SEO gear? If I write an airplane design series of blogs for instance , the posts will be category "mechanics", "aerodynamics", "navigation", "tools and machinery", etc and also there will be included in 50-100 tags ("wing", "engine", "airframe", etc). Even if I have only categories for instance (no other grouping, or sillo-ing), there will be a lot of cross content being included in 2-5 categories at the same time. Helpful advice ... I've followed some of it, but the advice to sign up for a free "Ahrefs' Webmaster Tools" account is no longer applicable. Five months after this video there's a compulsory fee regardless of what trial one signs up for. Shame. I won't sign up for that.

May I recommend that you amend the description to add the URL? Also, FYI, I came to watch this video via WebOS/TV ... which doesn't show descriptions from KZbin videos ... so maybe add one of those title/hints to the video so that viewers can visually see the URL that is offering the free service referred to.
