I am coming from a Samsung Galaxy S21. This is my personal opinion but I'm feeling that I lost a lot of functions switching to an I Phone 14. For example the alarms on Samsung is so much better, you can switch off your daily alarm only for a day and it will switch back on automatically after. I could also press snooze and if I decided to switch off the snooze before the 10 minutes is over, I could just dismiss the snooze. I miss the Always on function and the Edge menu on Samsung. Maybe after some more time on I Phone, I will see the positive side but for now, I will gladly exchange my I Phone for a Samsung again.

Just want to add a tip for taking screenshots. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Back Tap. You will see two options > 'Double Tap' & 'Triple Tap'. Here you can customise what action to be performed if you double or triple tap on the back of your iPhone. After setting "Screenshot" as your action, just tap on the area just near your back camera and you can take screenshots. Hope this helps 🙌

Ir must be my age but the person giving the instructions is going too fast for this first time user of the 14 Plus. I appreciate all the features but would like to be able to follow what is being demonstrated at a pace that allows me to learn and not simply get frustrated. Perhaps this tutorial needs to cover all in a series rather than the verbal marathon in this one video. Otherwise, I am grateful to know that my new 14Plus is full of interesting features that I can look forward to.

The only thing I did not find the answer I was looking for was on the Lock Screen, how to get the flashlight and camera to work. I have my screen locked and I’ve tried tapping and pressing on the icons, it leads me to unlock my phone but neither the flashlight nor the camera open. But everything in this video was super helpful regardless.

If you're talking about the infra red light at 2:26, its already enabled on your phone if you setup FaceID. Its infrared so your eyes can't see it.

Useful video! A question: is possible to have a video record button in photo menu, in camera app, on Iphone? or to start directly video recording via shortcut button? I am a samsung user and I was in many situations where I coudn't record an event because mixed buttons ("video", "photo", "slow-mo" etc) started in another order with every start of the camera app. In tense situations is hard to find "video" button and when police involved or situations like that where you need to just record, it may end badly for you because a shitty programer decided instead of a useful button to insert a shortcut to a list of things like: kitties, caricatures and 2 years old retarded child stuff... I am sick of thaat programing way and I am considering to buy an Iphone or another brand. Thank you!

My uk iPhone has a sim slot thank god it also comes with. A useless charger these days trains have usb ports and buses and my sofa now the charger is a useless wire it doesn’t fit into any windows pc not even my old mac. Ofc bro everyone does, in fact we’re in ios 16, so you’re 2 generations behind in software updates. Unless you’re trying to jailbreak (hacking the OS filesystem), keep it on the latest version. By the way, it goes up a number every year, so ios 14 came out in 2020, 15 in 2021, and 16 in 2022

Android has had a timer on their "Focus"/Silent mode for over a decade. Why doesn't the iphone have an option to have your phone silenced for an hour, 2 hour, 3 hour, etc? You always have to remember to turn the volume back on. RIDICULOUS!
