Thanks glad you liked it! From what I read, it seems like most agree between 20-30% to charge it and if possible remove it from the charger before 100%. With that being said Apple has implemented optimized battery charging which helps and in the next iOS update there will be a bar that allows you to charge only up to 80-90% which is also an option.

Hi, unfortunately iPhone X can’t update to iOS 18. iPhone XR and iPhone XS is the oldest iPhones that can update to iOS 18. Sorry for the bad news.
