I just overpaid a little for these in the airport, mostly due to Canadian taxes. I could have saved a few $ or more if I had the sense to buy these while still at home in the USA. But, I got instant service and ability to compare to other headphones and get this quickly set up to work on my IPhone as I was in a rush to catch a plane. Barely got er done. And I then had the great pleasure of having a very useful amount of noise reduction(that fit OVER my Earplane pressure reducing ear plugs) and pretty high quality music for many hours of flight time 1st from Montreal to La Guardia, and then from there to Birmingham. So, I feel like that was worth a few bucks, at least I am telling myself that. ;) Your video is the best I have found for detailing how to use each feature, particularly with the IPhone. Very helpful! Thank you!

Just got these on sale for $99! Was very excited until I tried to figure out how to USE them haha! I thought the power button was broken since it would not 'stay up'. Agree the instructions could not be read even if 20/20 vision. I had to come to youtube as well. The features say they have a built in microphone but I am not convinced as I did a test call in our RV and you can still hear I am in a vehicle.

@@UNKNOWN_AA_ So for my needs they are perfectly sufficient. I was looking for wireless over-ear headphones, which can also be used alternatively via AUX cable. These functions are fulfilled by the headphones and the battery has a long shelf life until the next recharge. I think that's good too. Apart from that I generally don't have high demands on sound quality or similar. But in my opinion it is also very good. I hope this is helpful for you ;)

These headphones do not support aptx. I’d expect latency issures in case of using Bluetooth. With the wired connection they should be fine.

When Playing Doom, I have to go to Sound Settings, and under related settings choose Sound Control Panel, A drop down menu will appear. From that Menu you will be concearned with Playback and Recording Tabs. Playback will opt first, and you should find two entries for JBL Headphones, disable the one for JBL Hands Free (Leave JBL Live650BTNC Stereo, connected). Then choose Recording Tab and disable the JBL650 MIC.

I love these headphones but can't find the answer to one question. I do not want to use alexa or google with the head phones. If you touch the left headphone it tells you "the google assistant is not connected" IS there anyway to turn off the left headphone so it does not give you the message if you accidentally touch it? hearing that message every time I adjust the head[hones is annoying.

Yeah once it is disconnected from Bluetooth the light will go white, then hold the power button up for a few seconds, the white light will come on very briefly then go off

Please can you explain how you use multipoint connection? It is either very buggy or I am doing something wrong. I’m trying to connect it to my MacBook and iPhone .. when I’m listening on my Mac and I get a call it will ring through my headphones .. but when I answer the call it goes through my phone speaker … and then once I finish the call the MacBook gets disconnected. What a pain!!

Hi, when answering the call, are you using the phones touchscreen? That might be why the call goes through the phone speaker. When you answer the call with the headphones it should go through the headphones. I am not sure why the Mac book disconnects after the call.

You can try to plug in the charging cable and see if the problem persists afterwards. Also a factory reset might help.

ANC button seems to mostly affect the EQ. With it on, it's all bass, with it off it's all treble. I assume it actually does cancel noise when it's on, but why does it change the EQ!?

ANC is turned on by default, to turn it off press and hold the ANC button on the right side and do the same again if you want it on again. For bluetooth, swipe up the button that's located on the back side of the right cup and turn on bluetooth on your mobile. Pair the devices and start using. Hope that helps.
