How to Use Jotform for Salesforce

With my current integration, Jotform submissions generate or update 3 individual Salesforce contact records (2 parents and a kid). If they are submitting a form for the first time, I have to manually move them into the same Account in Salesforce. Is there now a way to put 3 new contacts into the same Account automatically?

What if I would like to confirm the contents of an opportunity with a contact. Is there a way to set up a form that pulls in the data and sends that data to a contact, the contact can then edit as needed and any changes will be pulled back into the oppty? We were going to do that with original jotform, but I would have had to build multiple automations and there was multiple steps. We just want to be able to send a preview of specific fields to an email/contact from an oppty and have those fields dynamically filled and editable.

just loved the idea of no code for salesforce. We can develop these forms without much of development effort. To me, it is a game changer.

Hi @RadiantAurora, Unfortunately, our integration with Salesforce does not currently send actual files to Salesforce records. As a workaround, you can map the File Upload field from Jotform with a Text Area field type on Salesforce to send files as links. This means that the file remains in your Jotform account and clicking the links sent to your Salesforce will let you access the files. Alternatively, you can utilize the Email to Salesforce feature to send file attachments to your Salesforce records. Check out this thread for the full guide: www.jotform.com/answers/5522473. I've also escalated this to our Developer Team as a feature request. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. +1 for @Dbolted. The scenario where the user fills out a form where the form relates to multiple objects. Do for example Contact/Account data plus other related data that would live in a different object. Does the integration do that?

To do that, just click on the Add New Action button after completing the first action to map fields into a new object. This can be found directly in the Salesforce integration settings. Will the integration allow you to send forms to custom objects in Salesforce other than Accounts, Cases, etc? If I made a custom object for the forms I'm making in Jotform would that be possible?
