Thanks! Your video is a must-have for anyone who wants to work with Salesforce. But I had to switch to another CRM anyway, because Salesforce is too cumbersome and has a high price, so it's not an option for small businesses. I switched to Flowlu and really enjoy that everything is highly customizable and you can automate not only CRM, but also invoicing. And I like the fact that I don't need 1-hour guides to work with Flowlu, everything is user-friendly.

Excellent video! Very clear and succinct. I have never seen Salesforce before and had no clue what kind of company it was, and now, thanks to your video, I feel like I could walk into any job and begin using it. Thank you! Incidentally, it looks like a great product! I have worked several jobs where we tried to use Excel to capture sales lead info and it was a clunky and clumsy way to capture this process, to say the least. Salesforce looks like they have captured the entire sales process perfectly.
