Кто смотрит. Поясню. Чтобы программа работала правильно нужно на компьютере поставить разделитель целых, десятков и пр. ТОЧКУ. 10.345 (а не 10,345). Тогда программа будет правильно работать.

Hi, I purchased the R-SPS3030-232, and the device connects with the software fine. The only issue I have right now is that the real-time voltage and current records only show about 15 minutes of data. After 15 minutes, my old data is overwritten by new data. Could you please let me know if there is a setting I can change to make the software save all the data for a couple of hours of running? Thanks!

Sorry, but your software does not work... I have tried it with 4 computers, 5 cables, and every installation method. It has never worked before and I have been working on it for 4-5 weeks. 1. you can choose SPPS-S3010 model to use in Software. 2. Why you can't use Common Values. Please note that the decimal point that can be recognized in the software is ".", while the decimal point in your current system is "," which makes the software unusable. You need to change your system to use "." as the decimal point, so that you can use the software normally.

Effectivement,si les tensions sont du format 5,50V avec la virgule et non 5.50V avec le point,les 10 modules Common Values ne commutent pas sur l'alimentation programmable. Il faut faire la manipulation suivante par le Panneau de Configuration (Horloge et Région) de Windows Sous Windows 10,il faut aller dans Régions/Formats/Paramètres supplémentaires/Nombres/Symbole décimal/ puis mettre un point "." au lieu de la virgule,puis cliquez sur le bouton "Appliquer". Relancer le logiciel DC Power Supply V2.1.4 puis magie: les tensions apparaissent avec un point! Tout fonctionne parfaitement

this software sucks with the SPPS-S3010-232 when im able to connect without a error its painfully slow. it seems to connect and disconnect all the time. if i press the on/off button 10 times it will only work for 2 or 3 times. if i start the programmed output test it will skip a couple of presets. the connection is just realy unstable but without the software i do realy like this powersupply EDIT: tried it with a RS232->USB cable and its way more stable but still software doesnt play well im only able to ouput a voltage with the "programmed output test" everything else doesnt work.

Можно. На KZbin поищите доделку вашего аналога + RS232 порт. Плата уже готовая из КИтая. Только провода перепаять и всё будет работать. Вы тем самым сделаете сами RS232 порт для своего блока питания.

Все версии рабочие. Но это как я понимаю не окончательная версия программы. Где- подчистили, что-то поправили. Производитель не даёт новее программу. К ним нужно чаще писать и заставлять сопровождать данный продукт.
