I actual like this product! I bought it today and tried it on my mom's hair since she has shoulder length hair. It curled nicely. I then used it on my hair, which is very long and thick. Worked great! Now I don't have to bring a hair straightener and a curler when traveling 😊

Ok so after trying the Dyson airwrap, and the GHD platinum +, I got someone to help me find a good straightener at Ulta and I’m not one to be blown away by a product but this is a winner. I knew as I was using it to curl my hair that this was the one. I love this straightener it’s amazing. It works on my fine/hard to curl hair. It’s only $80 as opposed to the $600 Dyson or the $279 GHD and it works better than either of them. So happy to have a product that works!

I tried this multiple times and watched different videos. This styler definitely curls my hair. However, it also makes it feel dry and damaged when I'm done curling. I have tried different heat settings, different speeds of passing it through my hair, tight and loose curls,--everything, and my hair still feels damaged when I'm done. I've tried it without heat protectant and with heat protectant. Nothing seems to make a difference. I'm returning this product so I don't continue damaging my hair.

It's hard to use. I finally got the hang of it, but my right side is harder to curl than my left.
@candicehall92521 күн бұрын
When using this you have to curl like you are curling with a standard hair straightener- make sure you have it at the temp your hair needs to curl and hold - I have thick hair and I want a tighter curl I have to grab the end so the clasp is tighter on my hair- once you get the wrist flip- it works well and quickly - unless you had a dud

This fantastic tool is a curved iron that can make my hair flat or add lazy curls/waves. It's easy to manage and it does not burn my hand (you can touch the outside). For clumsy people like me it is great.

My hair was a the worst my curls are awful and frizzy just had keratin straightening done !! Which was the best decision I ever made but anyway purchase the curler two days ago just used it for the first time and oh my God I’m in heaven I can’t believe it’s that easy it took three seconds and I had a gorgeous curl best $65 I’ve ever spent!! Glad I got this half off at Ulta, it’s the only reason I’m keeping it. I like it for curls, but it is useless as an all over straightener. I’ll still need to carry two styling tools on trips if I want to wear my hair wavy.

So my hair needs to be straight so I can use this? I have curly hair, and for what I've seen on all the videos, I would need to straighten it first so I can then use this and make the waves I want

I agree with one of the comments here. It does not glide across my hair at all. It gets stuck. I feel like it’s too tightly pressed together, so I manually tried to give it some leeway, which is kind of a pain.

I just got it and tried straightening first. As a straightening tool, it does nothing. It doesn’t clamp the hair tight. To get it to straighten at all, I had to squeeze the barrel with my other hand, as I glided down. I did get some curls when using it for that purpose. I’ll play around with it some more. But I’ve used a lot of straighteners. And off the bat, this didn’t do it.
@deannabanquer19422 ай бұрын
Definitely was not good as an all over straightener. I just realized they say it’s “good for bangs and ends” in the video. 😢 I guess I’m still going to have to bring two styling tools in my suitcase.
