Log is the inverse operation to exponentiation, just as division is the inverse of multiplication and vice versa. In simple cases the logarithm counts factors in multiplication. For example, the base 10 logarithm of 1000 is 3, as 10 to the power 3 is 1000 (1000 = 10 × 10 × 10 = 103); 10 is used as a factor three times.

Ma'am .. you have done a great video but there's one correction. At the start of the video you have mentioned 'Natural logs' to be base 10. But Natural logs are base e :) hope you might be able to correct it or add a correction statement on the screen.

9:30 This is wrong. You don't ACTUALLY have to sum the characteristic and mantissa so here it should have been the answer -1.0913. You can say who am I to say this or that I'm wrong, but if you wanna know why I'm right you can check antilog table for the answer and check yourself to see you will get the number same as before. Point ki baat- Don't ADD characteristic and mantissa, just combine them and present the answer.
