Sub optimal SP2 damage. Get the opponent to 5 bad karma, then get yourself back up to 5 good karma before throwing SP2 so your Pure of Heart expires while the SP2 incinerate is still on the opponent. Those 5 good karmas convert to 5 bad karmas, and you get a 2nd round of a full burst incinerates in the same incinerate debuff.

An another cool synergy is with CAIW man. He goes in pure heart right away against villans. That synergy makes fight a lot easier especially against nodes like limber and stun imun where you can't hold the heavy for long time.
