I received a loom video that was showing how to edit a specific document but the resolution is so poor I cant read the document. I’ve tried to watch on a large screen (Mac), on an iPad and on an iPhone. Do you have any suggestions?

Only issue I see is that to see the video a student needs to create a loom account. Is that right? Also let’s say I’m embedding the loom video on a paid for course. The video only works as long as we are a loom client. Is that right?

They do not need an account. Also, for the creator they can also just use a free account (limit 5 minutes per Loom).

HOW do I get the document to be on the viewers' screen? Loom's how-to videos do not show that. I also must switch between the document I and the viewers will be reading, and a youtube video. Thank you for helping, because Loom's customer service certainly does not.

To use your loom video to present your document, you have to make the document in PowerPoint, which is best for loom video, but you can also use a spreadsheet. After that, you will log into your loom video and input your spreadsheet while you start playing the video. Please feel free to ask for more. Can I help?
