Hi, my mac book web cam is not being recognized even after allowing it under privacy and security. Other apps recognize it immediately, is there a bug that you guys should fix?

I want to be able to change from recording both screen and camera to just camera, can I change that when in pause mode? If not, what should I do to change from one to the other?

Thanks for the comment. We checked into Jing and it is apparently owned by TechSmith and now is TechSmith Capture. We'll add Capture to our video list, but it looks like they may be pushing that functionality into TechSmith SnagIt, so you might want to check that tool out too. We'll get those videos up as soon as we can.

I just want to record a video using computer audio. No microphone. I paid for a monthly subscription with the belief that I record computer audio. What am I doing wrong?

Great Video! I have been using Screencast-o-matic for over 10 years and LOVE IT!! I just want make my webcam screen of me smaller when displayed- it gets in the way of content. Do you know how? I tried to look in the settings.

Hey Reba, sorry for the delayed response. We've been working to get our summer classes up and ready. I've done the webcam layover, but I haven't toyed with adjusting the size of it. Let me see if I can do some digging and get the answer for you. Great question!

Hey Onur, We use Camtasia Studio by Techsmith for most of our videos. It gives a little more power compared to a ScreenPal and has an easy learning curve at a reasonable price.
