Hi. Can the screen be configured to show the power mode as the main display in large letters. For mountain biking that’s all I need and it needs to be easy to read to reduce the time when your eyes are not on the trail. Also any plans to introduce a mini controller like the Kiox 300 has now?

my kiox dint show any eMTB menu, just show Sport. is that the same as a eMTB??

Hi Kusdi Putro. You can have either the Sports or the eMTB installed on your eBike. The eMTB mode is optional and available for some of the Bosch eBike drive units- you can read more about this mode here www.bosch-ebike.com/en/products/emtb-mode and you can ask your Bosch eBike dealer to see if this is compatible with your eBike and if so request them to install it. there is a black screw on the back which should allow my kiox to disconnect, but i still cannot remove the kiox. how do i solve this?

Hello Christiaan D, magnetic holder should allow you easy disassembly and installation of the display. If you have any problem with removing the display, please visit the nearest workshop for you, due to the fact that the on-board computer may have been secured against disassembly from the holder with a locking screw. Can you advise how to change the assistance levels and wheel size?

Hello lukemartinartist, you can change the wheel circumference value that was preset by the manufacturer by ±5 %, please go to settings/ my eBike . If the value is greater than 5% - you must consult it with the manufacturer of your eBike or with the Bosch eBike distributor: www.bosch-ebike.com/en/service/dealer-search . Regarding assistance level - On the operating unit, you can set the level of assistance you want the eBike drive to provide you with while pedalling.The assistance level can be changed at any time, even while cycling. Hi Edward Ebel, Please reset your Kiox by pressing and holding the on/off button for 8 seconds. Please also forget the bluetooth connections between your smartphone and the Kiox as well as your heart rate monitor and your Kiox and re-pair those again. @@boschebikesystems Thanks...I should have chosen the tenses of my verbs a bit more carefully...After all the reboots, the Tickr finally paired with the Kiox AND the Garmin and now connects every time with no issues or resets. @@boschebikesystems Hello again...I have another issue with bluetooth and the Kiox 9606. I cannot pair the head unit with any of my Garmin bike computers. I can get the Kiox into pairing mode but the Garmins and the Kiox never see each other. I just got off the phone with Garmin and had two techs on the line...so now I'm asking you. The Garmins are an Edge Explore 2 and an Edge 1030. Neither will pair. Thanks

@@boschebikesystems The BT on the Kiox is definitely faulty. Now the phone won't pair (iPhone), and neither will the HRM. Set it to "pairing mode" and it either reboots itself or staying in pairing mode for less than 1 second. Shop where I bought it (for $8k) is not helpful. No national Bosch help line.
