HOW TO USE MANUAL WITH CLUTCH IN FORZA HORIZON 5 (Wheel)

Forza Horizon 5 manual w/ clutch how to video. I explain how to use manual with clutch in FH5 and teach you the basics of manual transmission driving. I am using Logitech G920 Steering wheel and shifter. Forza Horizon 5 is an open world racing game with realistic car sounds and driving characteristics Developed by Playground Games and published by Xbox Game Studios.

FAQ: 1. Q: I don't see the wheel settings, I can only see controller settings. What should I do? A: Make sure you are entering the settings from your controller. The game will automatically have the settings visible for what you are playing with, so enter the controls using the wheel. 2. Q: I don't have a G920, will these wheel settings still work for my Thrustmaster, G923, etc? A; Yes! Although, they won't be perfect. If you have a different wheel than I do, use these settings as a baseline and go from there. Your preference for how the wheel feels may be different than mine, so make sure you fine tune it to your liking if needed. 3. Q: Why doesn't my clutch work? A: It is just a bug in Horizon 5 right now. I am hoping this gets fixed in a future update. For now, try remapping your clutch pedal. Go to settings and find controls. Then click on clutch and re map it. 4: Q: What are my GHub Settings? A: I am on xbox, so I unfortunately do not have GHub. 5. Q: My settings show steering sensitivity, what should I set this to? A: My wheel does not offer this option, so I unfortunately would not be able to give you a number. 6. Q: (Xbox only) My wheel feels like it has no force-feedback and is not counter-steering at all, what should I do? A: Quick resume causes the wheel and game to glitch. Restart the game and xbox console to fix this. I hope this can be fixed in an update, but for now I am having to restart my game everytime I play because quick resume causes the wheel to lose all feeling. 7. I found a fix for the Clutch issue that everyone is complaining about, go into your settings and then Controls then change input mapping. Switch to wheel then scroll all the way down till you see Clutch. Once you click on Clutch you will then press the clutch pedal down and it will learn it. Bang! the clutch will now work properly!!!

not realistic at all, the whell wont turn 900 degress, clutch is a cosmetic as u don't need to use it to change gears, u car won't stall if u dont use clutch, u car won't roll if u turn too much ur whell.

On eurotruck clutch and shifters are workjng ,you have a bitting point to accellerate.FH5 even you not pressing the clutch you can still shift drive. And yes my setting is manual/ clutch tried all setting now working.

Well in real life you do not typically see these cars with an h pattern manual. Usually they are with paddle shifters so I would recommend just switching to manual and using the paddles

They only make seven speed manual in the 2015 Corvette, and some of the Porsches. If it has seven gears or more, it’s a sequential.

Just got my g29 and I am trying to go out of 1st gear like you are in 1:55 and the car is not slightly rolling when I slightly and slowly release the clutch....I remapped the clutch key already and set the setting to manual w/ clutch.

you probably got clutch dead zone inside at 0, go into advanced settings and change "Clutch Axis Deadzone Inside" set it to 15 or higher and then save.

Hi, for the game this is normal. You will find that sweet spot where giving gas causes the car to roll. If you are too much on the clutch, it will just rev and not go anywhere. If you are not on the clutch enough, it will simulate the car stalling

So I changed my cluch pedal to hand break and when I changed it back and put MC back on the cluch does nothing but I change it back to handbrake and it works.

It's somewhat similar to a real car, you can clutchless shift but it just won't be as smooth as using the clutch in game

You can feel the clutch when you step on it, it starts slowing the car down and when you release the clutch which I prefer to release slowly the car moves up

I know that a few cars still have a clutch pedal and a secuential gearbox but, why do I need to use it on all cars? The logitech g29 has 6 gears and a reverse. But all wheels come with paddle shifters so you would just use those in the case you have more gears
