I didn't know how much I needed this! I just used forms for the first time to do discovery with a client who is difficult to get straight answers out of. This is a perfect solution for that!

Another helpful video! How would Microsoft forms work on the defense side when answering plaintiff's I-Rogs or RFP?

Great video and video series. Is there a way to merge the data collected in a form into a MS Word document?

So interested in learning about what you are doing. One thought I had was how do you transfer this information to your Answer document. I used to import to an Access database. Do you simply cut and paste?

Yes, I simply cut and paste. I'm usually modifying the answers anyway so that I can add objections and expand upon the answers when needed. The important thing is getting the questions to the clients in the most effective and productive way for not just them, but for you as well. This method has cut so much time out of my intake and discovery process. The opportunities with the Microsoft Forms platform are endless. Thanks for watching and commenting. I appreciate you!

I really like this video. In my jurisdiction, discovery is notarized. How do you deal with requiring discovery to be notarized?
@chachadodds58604 жыл бұрын
With the possibility you're unaware, I share my experience on this video. The screen is too small to see details, & because there's not enough contrast between cursor and background, it would be very helpful to hear a description of where you're moving the cursor to, and what is being selected. Otherwise, these videos are incredibly helpful. Thank you.
