I am an IT Director over a predominantly Microsoft shop with Office 365 E5 licensing. We have implemented Advanced eDiscovery v2.0 and our Legal Dept just asked us to implement Relevance Training. The only documentation or support we can find on this feature is related to eDiscovery Classic and does not work for Advanced eDiscovery v2.0. Do any of you know where we can get info?

Hi, You explained in this video the scenario when one case has one site. Law firms have hundreds or thousands of clients and their cases. It is not feasible to create separate SharePoint Site for every case. My clients (law agencies) would need hundreds of sites then. I would like to see how are you managing multiple client cases within one site for each practice. Thank you

Yes Vlad, I have hundreds of SharePoint sites I maintain. I have clients who come to me for custom builds in which I can roll out anywhere from 10 to 300+ sites. The key is having a communication site. If you establish your communication site in the right way, it will serve as your intra-office center and will allow you to easily toggle between each of your SharePoint sites. If an active, hyperlinked case list exists on the communication site (pointing to each SharePoint site), it doesn't matter how many sites you have. As an alternative, I have several large defense firms who choose to open a SharePoint site per client and open folders within the document library for each case under the client. It is feasible. I do it and many, many other firms I know do it as well. To say it isn't feasible means you haven't tried it. Broaden your scope of simply existing in a Team site and expand into a Communication site to connect everything.

Can sharepoint be made to behave like imanage with all the native document management features imanage has? ie versioning, searching by keyword, checking in and out, integration with word and outlook, organised by client/matter? thanks !

How did you set up the case contacts on the Sharepoint site?

I tried clicking "Edit" then "Adding a Web Part" and "People" but it would not link with contacts in People or Outlook ....I know this is a different method than you used, but I am looking for a reliable method where I can have all my contacts in one place and then put case contacts on each Sharepoint site like you did. GoDaddy restricts their users from accessing the point of entering organization-wide contacts, and so I address this in my video today and how to correctly enter People into your M365 system. How often do you back up files? Weekly? Monthy?

Great question! But ..... Why do you need to back-up files saved in the cloud? Honestly, I do not do back-ups anymore. M365 has two fail-safes in the event someone accidentally deletes anything. There is a recycle bin and a secondary recycle bin. So with M365, back-ups are an antiquated process. If you are still on a server, then yes, you must back up files. On the cloud, you do not.
