Thanks for sharing. Breakout rooms are an essential workshop tool. A great introduction. You are clearly an experience facilitator. I think it would help me if: you were more direct about your recommendations i.e. I think it is better to Share from One drive you ran through a fixed scenario, (what you doing to do, doing in, what you should take away) (a follow up video?) Microsoft Teams seems to be playing catch up. Some things can be pre-prepared or anticipated, but facilitators need real quick response to circumstances (missing or proxy participants) so a drag drop people assignment interface would be much better!

Thank you for a usefull video. We are very excited to start using this. feature. Couple of questions: How do you let other people administrate the breakoutroom feature? (If Im the one that sent the invite to the room - but I fall ill or are having technical issues - how do I transfer the administration of the meetingto someone else on my team? Or even better, can a meeting be set up with several admins?

How did you create the fake users Matt and Lora? I want to practice using the break out rooms before my real meeting.

How do you share the activity worked on in the breakout room with all the people in the main meeting? Thanks

I would return to the Chat of the main meeting and attach the file(s). The permissions will be added for any members of the main meeting. But I don’t see any easy way to share the chat from the breakout rooms except by adding each person to each breakout room chat.
