Swish n spit the mouthwash as much as you can & there's no harm in swallowing your saliva afterwards. Saliva secretion increases after rinsing the mouth with a mouthwash & it's quite normal. Just spit out the mouthwash as much as you can & don't feel conscious about it or over think about it.
