I'd recommend a slight tweak to max damage. After the 3rd or 2nd Sp3.. go for sp2 spams.. they do them maximum damage.. with a 5/65 you're looking at 120k hit damage on a crit after just 2 sp3 spams. For most content he's good for.. you won't need more than the 2nd sp3...

His awakened ability doesn't seem to help much apart from fighting Korg and Electro, does it? Should I 5r4 him even when unawaken? He seemed fun to play. Btw I don't run suicide.

He is good but the 3rd fury buff is annoying. First fury I get at 29 outrage the second one is on 30 outrage 95 percent power thing and after that i have to do heavy attack and straight after sp3 but I keep doing sp2 on accident. Is there any tips for this? Thanks!

Dude 2 fury is enough,bcoz namor's specials deals more damage if you have high number of outrage,so use sp2 after 2 special 3
