How to use Newflasher to flash Sony Xperia

All I have to say this is the best tutorial if you have a xperia 1ii and you want to change the stock firmware, this is the only method and easiest method that worked for me and least complex that worked no other method did, worked first time, I bought my xperia 1ii with o2 firmware rom and wasn't able to get wifi calling/volte changed the firmware to the customised uk firmware and now I get both, would highly recommend this tutorial to anyone, many many thanks

Hi. I have a us model Xperia 1 IV and I am having problems with VoLTE and VoWiFi. Will installing customized UK firmware fix this problem?

Thank you! I spent several hours trying to flash an Asian variant Sony Xperia 1 iii (XQ-BC72) to a European (XQ-BC52) firmware so it would work in the UK (it rejected my SIM continuously before). This video was the thing that finally made it work (once you've got all the pieces together). Great post!!

You do not need to delete the .ta files for this to work, plus do NOT select Y to the Trim question otherwise the flasher won't actually flash much at all.
