Clutch 2 limit reach means that your second clutch needs replacing. I have the same problem with my dsg transmission and the clutch is always slipping in 1st and 2nd gear

Yes and if yours is slipping in both gear 1 and 2 then both your clutches need replacing as one controls the odd gears and other clutch controls even gears
